It just might be, if Senator McCain’s new proposed bill becomes law. If you are a distributor with and MLM company marketing liquid nutritionals (or any nutritional supplements for that matter) then you better read this article.
Senator John McCain is attacking the MLM nutritional industry with a stupid bill. The “Dietary Supplement Safety Act” threatens to dramatically change this industry.
If this bill becomes law it will require you to register your nutritional supplement business. Yes, you read that right, you as a distributor of liquid dietary supplements will have to register as well, not just the company you work with.
Wow! What will they think of next to make life difficult for us network marketers?

It’s a shame we pay these bozo’s to spend their time making innocent hard working people’s lives difficult instead of solving REAL issues, like crooks that did deals that are now blowing up and causing people to lose their homes. It’s also a shame that those making all these laws do not even have to participate in the same health insurance, we pay for them to have the best of everything while others suffere.
When will we Learn, stick together and vote THEM out of office?

Being in the mortgage industry, we have had a lot of well-intended legislation to help and protect the consumer when he/she is getting a loan. Unfortunately, most of these new rules/laws have made the whole loan process longer/worse, more expensive and confusing for the consumer, and have further weaken the real estate market. One of their biggest mistakes is the Home Valuation Code of Conduct. Hopefully, they won’t approve this liquid supplement bill.
