GVO Conference Let’s You Demonstrate Your Opportunity In Real Time

GVO Conference When I heard about the prelaunch of GVO Conference and its incredible low price, I had to jump on it. This was an opportunity I did not want to miss out on.

In the past my husband and I had been using web conferencing software to do live presentations with our prospects and it worked extremely well for us averaging about 7-8 sign ups per 10 people who watched our presentation.

Wouldn’t you agree that people understand things better when they actually see them? Well I do, as I am a visual person.

Now it wasn’t GVO Conference that we used back then but another very popular web conferencing software. The problem was, that this competitor was quite expensive and allowed only up to 15 attendees for a little under $50 a month.

Since most of the time we were doing one-on-one meetings, that was fine. But what if we wanted to invite our downline leaders … or our whole downline for that matter? Then we had a bit of a problem.

When I found out that I can get a 50 seat room with GVO Conference for less than a third of the price I paid at the competition, it was a total no brainer. (Currently it’s even cheaper, just $8.97/month for early birds. Yes, you read that right!)

I have long since wanted to get back into doing online presentations and training again as it was so much fun and I’m so glad that I found an inexpensive solution.

It’s a totally different experience when you can invite a long distance prospect to join you in a web conference and show pictures, even stream videos of your opportunity. Heck, we had even done presentations for prospects in Europe before. It makes it a lot easier to establish rapport as well.

In the past, when a team member or customer ran into a technical problem or couldn’t quite figure out how to do something I either had to explain it over the phone, in an email or take some screenshots. Now I can just invite them into my online conferencing room and show them live, ready to answer any of their questions.

Pretty cool!

Randy and I had a lot of fun back when we did presentations online and look forward to doing them again.

Looks like this time we will have a few less challenges as the GVO Conference software doesn’t require any downloads. That used to be a bit of a hick up with the other software we were using before. Especially with technically challenged prospects :)

Like Ryan, I have never done any Webinars before but have made lots of screencast videos showing how to make a blog from scratch. this is something that i really want to get into as it can get us a lot of traffic! perhaps we could do something together one day!
Seems to me a lot of internet marketeers use that GoToMeeting but I am put off by the price there so this sounds a very good deal!

I’ve also noticed that internet marketers use GotoMeeting more and more. While I was very happy with their service I didn’t like their price tag and the low guest limit.

I’m looking forward to using GVO Conference as I had used their HotConference platform years ago and it worked great too.

competition is good, you know. Now GoToMeeting must keep up with the better functionalities of GVO Or risk losing a great share of the market considering all you’ve highlighted above.

I’ve never done a webinar too, but a recommendation from you always promises to be sound.

Ilka – Yes I do agree that people understand things better when they actually see them, and I’m one of those people because I’m a visual person as well. By just looking at the features I can tell this is a great tool, and for such a low fee.

GVO Conference. I’ll definitely be checking into this one soon. There are so many different options available, and the biggest thing I run into while attending an online conference is the famous, “We didn’t expect quite a turnout, so if the system runs a little slow, bear with us!” If GVO has a solution to that sort of problem (and who wouldn’t want the problem of too many people wanting to attend?), they’ve got my vote!

I have earlier been using Adobe, works great but when I mostly – as you – are using it with only one or two participant, I am looking for something not so pricey.

Visual presentations are definitely the way to go.

Great article. Great service. I’ve been a member for quite some time. One issue I have, though, is that I don’t think there is a way to use a real conference line like freeconferencecall.com or the like. I’ve been on some of these conferences and the audio will go choppy. ANy suggestions?
