It's definitely one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life - figure out the balance of work/family. I have four children and at this point they all need a good influence, a fatherly influence, in their lives. However, I'm still in my 30's and I still try to convince myself that I'll have plenty of time. Then I get my head on straight and realize that parents are needed at EVERY stage in their children's lives! Every time I hear other people talk about work/family it gets me thinking about my own life and sometimes it's very sobering. Thanks for the post. That’s a great story.
