Most people don’t get it that we can work harmoniously together even though we compete with each other “officially”. They are fear driven, are they not ?

As a consumer, it’s acts like that which show a businesses caring that I’ll actually stick with the business because I know they actually have an interest into my well being.

Excellent point! Exactly! By nature I’m not the pushy type. But it does make you feel good when someone comes back and tells you that the other product indeed didn’t work for them and they want to try yours. It’s kind of an “I told you so” moment.

I believe that everything we do (or don’t do) comes back to us in some way or another. That’s just how the universe works. There’s a counterpart for everything.

When you care about others, it shows.

If they really want to try the other product they will. The big difference is if you’ve made them feel that you care, they will be more likely to come back to you and admit they weren’t satisfied. If you were too pushy, they won’t come back.
